The staff
What kind of insurance professionals do you place?
Two kinds. Licensed U.S. insurance agents for work that needs a license and a client relationship: quoting, binding, coverage questions, client calls and renewals. And trained offshore insurance professionals for service and back-office work: certificates, endorsements, policy checking, data entry, follow-ups and remarketing support.
Many agencies use both: licensed staff on the phones, offshore staff behind them.
Are your agents licensed in New York?
Yes. Our licensed agents hold licenses in all 50 states, including New York. We match each person to the lines and states you need them to work.
What can offshore staff do, and what can't they do?
Offshore staff handle non-licensed tasks only: certificates, endorsements, policy checking, data entry, document collection, follow-ups and remarketing support.
Advice, quoting and binding stay with licensed staff.
Do they know insurance, or will we have to train them?
Every one of our agents is insurance-trained and knows agency work: carriers, policies, renewals and service. You show them your workflows and your book; you don't teach them insurance.
Which lines of business do you support?
Personal lines, commercial lines, and life, health and benefits. That includes New York specialties like Co-op and condo, New York City commercial, Long Island coastal wind, and remarketing after coastal non-renewals. See the full list.
Working together
Which agency management systems do your staff work in?
Our team has worked in Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, QQCatalyst and NowCerts, plus the carrier portals and comparative raters agencies use every day.
How do they get access to our systems?
They work inside your agency management system under user accounts you create. You set their permissions, and you can remove access at any time.
Can staff work with clients in other states?
Yes. Our licensed agents hold licenses in all 50 states, so clients who moved out of New York, or accounts with locations elsewhere, can be covered too.
How quickly can someone start?
Tell us your timing in the form. We reply within one business day with how we would staff the role and when.
Terms and pricing
Can we hire part-time or just for specific tasks?
Yes. Work with us full-time, part-time, per project or per task. You can mix them, for example a full-time licensed agent plus per-task offshore support.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Start with one role and keep going only if it works for your agency.
How is pricing set?
It depends on the role, whether it needs a license, and the hours or tasks involved. Share what you need and we will come back with a clear quote.
Have a role in mind?
Share the role and hours. We reply within one business day.
